Studio Portrait Photography
This
course is an intensive practical two-day training course designed as
a stepping stone for people interested in developing a full or
part-time career in studio photography. The course is focused mainly
on the technical side (lighting equipment & setups, camera settings,
lenses, light-metering etc.) but it also includes some business
advice and lots of hands-on practice. Practical sessions include
setting up a studio for low-key and high-key portrait shots followed
by shooting sessions using these setups. There is also some
photo-editing tuition on the course relevant to high-key portrait
touch-ups and presentation styles. You will be provided with a detailed set of notes as part of your
course material.

Course Fee
This course is usually run as a three-person course or a six-person course depending on the venue, time of year and other factors. Course fees for these options are shown below.

Course fees must be paid in full
within three days of making a telephone booking. Fees are fully
refundable for cancellations made more than 14 days before
the course date but thereafter are non-refundable
as it is not practical for us to back-fill places at such
